4. If your video freezes, try clicking the gear icon in the video window and select a lower quality resolution.
This year we are featuring two workshop sessions with SICOM’s main speakers. These workshops are designed to be Q&A style to encourage students to explore deeper into each of the messages. We are using an app that allows students to submit questions that can be answered in real-time by the speakers from the stage.
Workshops are hosted in the SICOM hall on the main stage. Groups must still sit in their assigned seats. For remote attendees, the workshops are streamed live on the main screen of the SICOM virtual platform. See the SICOM schedule for workshop times.

GooseChase Scavenger Hunt
Join us for the ultimate scavenger hunt experience! Whether you are joining us onsite in Indianapolis or virtually from anywhere else you can compete. Follow the instructions below and start hunting!
Join A Game
Once you log into our iPhone or Android apps, the first thing to do is join a game. Just search for the name of the game or enter the specific game code within the app and away you go! Looking to play in a game? Head on over to the downloads page to get the app on your phone.
To complete a mission, select it from the list and follow the instructions to receive the allotted points. Sometimes you’ll be submitting a photo or video, while other times you’ll be checking-in at a specific location or solving a puzzle or riddle. Missions change from game to game, but the fun and excitement will always be there.
Remember that while you receive the points right away, all submissions are subject to review by the organizer. Sometimes you’ll even get bonus points if your submission is extra impressive!
The ability to see everything as it happens is one of the best parts of GooseChase. That’s because whenever someone completes a mission, it’s added to the activity feed and the rankings are automatically updated.
If you’re as competitive as we are, you’ll realize how awesome this is! At any given moment, you know exactly how you’re doing and what needs to be done to win.
When time runs out, the game may be done, but the fun is definitely not over. That’s because organizers still need to announce the final scores after they review the submissions. It’s why you should always push hard until the very end because you don’t know if the teams ahead of you will have taken any shortcuts! As a final treat, the organizer will often put together a slideshow of the best photos & videos. From our experience, this is often the best part and always results in non-stop laughter!
